What I really want is the ability to drop bubbles in mid warp so I can catch any ship in the middle of nowhere. And it would be cool if bubbles could actually intercept something in mid-warp and not just some 100km before arrival.

And there I hoped you would suggest a new ECM module that reduces the drone control range of your target. I don't really know what it would be used for since you can just use sensor dampeners but at least it would have been a fun idea.
